Sir -- "It is not the winning but the taking part". As of writing, Ireland has three bronze Olympic medals in Beijing, thanks to our boxers. Parents of both boxers spoke of their pride at their achievements but stressed the fact that they were taking part in the Olympics at all was a joy and pride to them.
